Description
Ward 4K at the Launceston General Hospital is about to undergo an extensive redevelopment which will impact on the configuration of the hospital’s Charles Street car park and which will require the relocation of the existing natural gas meter set and high pressure line.
To allow this redevelopment to proceed as planned in March 2018, civil works are required to relocate the car parks entrance, reconfigure the car parking spaces and relocate the gas infrastructure. This work has been specified as an early works package to limit the disruption to the hospital and prevent the delay of the Ward 4K redevelopment.
