The suitably qualified consultant is to assess whether the proposed and agreed solution provided in the Monitoring Services Deed by Maxgaming Tas Pty Ltd is being delivered. This assessment will assist the Minister in determining whether approval should be granted for the system to operate as a Gaming Machine Electronic Monitoring System (EMS) in the state of Tasmania.
