Description
To provide consultancy services for the former ANM Wharf and Gantry Building Demolition Project including undertaking the tender process The tender process includes the preparation of the specification, cost estimates and tender documents for the calling of tenders for a contractor to undertake the demolition of the ANM Wharf at Pavillion Point, Hobart. The consultant is to comply with the Tasmanian Government policy and procedures including the Public Works Tender Board Guidelines and the Department of Primary Industries, Water & Environment's Purchasing and tendering policy and guidelines.
