Description
Services work comprises new and refurbished air conditioning, upgrade of electrical services including the installation of RCD devices, fire protection works and the relocation of the site fire hydrant booster. Building work includes the substantial refurbishment of 3 major court rooms, in heritage listed buildings, and a number of minor alterations within the existing buildings. Associated demolition work includes the removal of two buildings on the southern side of the site. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Builders Contractors in Category 2 at the time tenders close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
