International Public Sector Management Panel

The Australian Public Service Commission invites proposals to provide the services of individuals to undertake assessments, capacity building, skills transfer and coaching services in one or more areas of technical expertise, as detailed in the RFT, under a Public Sector Management Deed of Standing Offer. The Commission may enter into multiple Deeds of Standing Offer with different providers. The objective of the Deed(s) is to provide the Commission with a range of experts with established credentials and experience in public sector management. These services may be required to be provided in Asian or Pacific countries. The assistance provided by the Commission is targeted at public sector performance as an important aspect of improved governance and compliments the efforts of AusAID which administers the bulk of Australia`s Official Development Assistance expenditure. The Australian Government provides assistance to a number of developing countries, including but not restricted to, Indonesia, Thailand, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, Fiji, Samoa, Tonga, Kiribati, Nauru and Tuvalu.
