EST1508PH1 Phase 1 - Invitation to Register Interest HC-1 2021 (Construct Only) Campbell Barracks & Holsworthy Barracks

The scope of the Project is split into 2 site-based Head Contract packages (Works Packages) delivered at Campbell Barracks, WA, and Holsworthy Barracks, NSW. This Invitation to Register Interest (ITR) is calling for respondents to register their interest in participating in tendering for the Works Packages to be delivered at Campbell Barracks, WA and/or Holsworthy Barracks, NSW.

Works Package 1 - the works at Campbell Barracks, WA include:

- Delivery of a two-storey building which will house storage, workshops, maintenance bays and working accommodation. This facility has an approximate floor area of 4,335 m2.

Works Package 2 - the works at Holsworthy Barracks, NSW include:

- Delivery of a two-storey building within Tobruk Lines which will house storage, workshops, maintenance bays and working accommodation. This facility has an approximate floor area of 3,800 m2; and

- A partial refurbishment and extension to a portion of an existing building to contain working accommodation, a workshop area, a vehicle bay and storage.

All work under the Project will have a heavy emphasis on security and will require significant contribution from the relevant head contractor during construction to enable the successful certification and accreditation of both physical spaces and information technology infrastructure.
