Description
To inspect, clean and recommission the existing mechanical infrastructure. Along with providing a new 140kL tank, new in-ground infrastructure, overflow protection, and replacement of the existing irrigation system for the strategic bushfire advantage zone with a new above ground sprinkler system to meet the specified performance requirements.
The Scope of Works includes the following:
- Preliminary Investigations including obtaining all permits and approvals, location of services and identification of all hazardous substances affected by the works.
- Design in accordance with the relevant standards.
- Execution of the required modifications.
- Project handover and completion.
