Land154 PH 2 WTI Facilities - Request for Tender - Medium Works Contract (MW-2 2004) - Construct Only

Procurement of a Construction Contractor to manage the construction of fixed infrastructure at Gallipoli Barracks (Brisbane) and DSTG Edinburgh (Adelaide) to support a container based, deployable Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI) capability.

The Works include the following:

• Provision of hardstand to accommodate the containerised solution based on 15 International Standards Organisation (ISO) containers (approx. 2.43m x 2.59m x 12.2m in size);

• Provision of services including power, water, waste, and Information and Communications Technology (ICT) connectivity with the base site;

• Construction of an Amenities building at each location.

  • Gallipoli Barracks is to include a Brew Room, storeroom and Ablutions for 20 persons.

  • DSTG Edinburgh includes a storeroom and Ablutions for 20 persons only;

• Installation of security fencing around the perimeter of each site and provision of connectivity with base operations for alarm systems within the containers; and

• Construction of facilities for the treatment and disposal of specialist waste.
