Template Printing Services

This procurement project has been initiated to acquire printing services for training materials. The project encompasses printing a variety of instructional documents, manuals, guides, essential for training sessions. The project seeks to establish a reliable printing partnership that can deliver high-quality materials on time and within budget, supporting the organization's training objectives effectively. The PTA is requiring the services of a Contractor who can print training materials and deliver them to Guildford Training Centre, Public Transport Centre, Kwinana Training Centre, among other PTA facilities. The quantity of work required during the Contract term is at the discretion of the PTA and there is no guaranteed quantity of work. Requirements for the provision of this Service include: Ability to provide detailed quotes ahead of printing; and Ability/capacity to undertake delivery on short notice (e.g. smaller jobs less than a week; larger jobs 2 weeks? notice). Ability to print (colour or black and white, as required) Ability to print different document types (Training manuals, handbooks, workbooks, slides or presentations, reference guides, posters, and any other supplementary materials) Ability to print (A4, 340gsm bond, 90gsm bond) Ability of different document arrangement (stapled, wirobound with clear acetate and/or splendorgel card) Ability to maintain quality standards: colour accuracy, resolution, and overall finish. Consistency and professional appearance across all materials. Delivery Schedule: specific timelines for initial print runs, proofs for review, and final delivery of the complete order. Packaging and Distribution: Printed materials will be packaged and delivered to designated locations (e.g., Guildford Training Centre, Public Transport Centre, Kwinana Training Centre).
