The training building which is the focus of this procurement project includes the following main features;
New building containing the following facilities;
• Two training/class rooms
• New technical/electrical equipment room
• New Staff Lunch room and associated outdoor area
• New office
• New toilets for staff and public
New remote bin store and air-conditioning compound.
Associated Hydraulic and Mechanical works
Associated Electrical works including communications, electrical services ,
•All works as described on contract drawings and specification (Book 4)
