Mount Gravatt SHS - Block F Amenities Refurb (Eligible PQC Contractors Level 2) 34-165577

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of Block F Amenities at Mount Gravatt SHS at 42 Loreburn Street, Mount Gravatt, QLD, 4122 as part of the Amenities Renewal programme.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC Level 2 with certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance and a QBCC Builder's License to undertake the entire scope of works.

Tender Documentation will be emailed to eligible contractors who meet the minimum PQC requirements. Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.

Submissions close on Wednesday the 28th of August 2024 at 3:00pm

IMPORTANT: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer: is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government’s Prequalification (PQC) System to the nominated level (or higher); satisfies financial requirements; and meets project-specific criteria.
