William angliss insitiute is seeking for a comptative quoatation for Preventative Maintenance and Repairs of Mechanical services.
The scope of service is to create a preventative maintenance program of all of the Institutes mechanical services which includes, chillers, boilers, exhausts and their auxiliary system including variable speed drives, heating and cooling coils, split air conditioning systems and the implementation of a replacement program to reduce HFC’s that may be generated from old equipment. This also include OZONE depleting gases (R22).
The key objective of this tender is to ensure that all mechanical services operate to their maximum efficiency and maintain set temperatures within their facilities. Further to this, repairs to faulty equipment and a replacement program for those mechanical services that have ozone depleting refrigerant gases (R22).
