Description

The Transport Accident Commission (TAC) and the TAC acting as an Agent for WorkSafe Victoria (WorkSafe) invites suitably qualified organisations to submit a Request for Tender (RFT) to provide Home Modifications Program Management under its new Service Model (New Model).When Clients return home after a transport or work accident, it is important that they can safely enter and leave their home and move around the home as independently as possible. The TAC and WorkSafe can help Clients do this by paying for home modifications that may change the structure, layout or fittings in a Client's home.

Through this RFT process the TAC seeks to identify a suitably qualified and experienced Program Manager who can provide the Home Modifications Program Management services in accordance with the Specifications outline in Part B of the RFT. The successful tenderer must be committed to working collaboratively with the TAC to achieve the Key Objectives that are:
efficient Home Modification process for Clients;
an excellent Client experience through the Home Modification process;
Home Modifications that meet the Clients accident related needs;
quality and timely Home Modifications for Clients; and
a cost effective outcome for the TAC and WorkSafe
