Description
Tenders are invited for the implementation of the Workplace Services InfoNET and website wizard project based on functional and user requirements specifications provided. The InfoNET system will integrate existing but separate information sources that involve licensing, employment arrangements, worker compensation and customer interactions. The integration will enable all Workplace Services staff to access information through a single point of entry web based browser interface. The wizard will include a redevelopment of the Workplace Services website (ERIC) to provide a customer friendly enquiry service, recording customer interests, searching related sites, pushing information, enabling customers to join mail lists and interacting with the InfoNET for web based licence and other electronic transactions.
