Maryborough SHS - Site Access (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Site Access at Maryborough SHS, located at Kent Street, Maryborough QLD 4650, as part of the Ed4All program.

The works include removal of existing paved walkways and replace them with new concrete walkways on both Northern and Southern Campuses. The site has good site access and working space. All works are to be completed by December 2024.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00.

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
