FNQ - Principal Consultant - Southern Electrical Rectification Project - Various Locations (PQC Level 2)

The Queensland Government, through Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service, is seeking proposals for Principal Contractor services for the Southern Electrical Rectification Project (SERP).

Please note: Tenderers are required to hold a minimum Prequalification (PQC) Level 2 rating and have an office in the region of Far North Queensland in order to be able to apply for these works.

Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC System for the PQC Level (or higher) and categories for which the tender is invited.

Proposal:

- A Principal Contractor is required to provide pre-design, schematic and detailed design documentation, as well as provide technical support and advice throughout the tender process and delivery of the construction program, to rectify electrical issues at the locations nominated below:

• Weipa Integrated Health Service
• Aurukun Primary Health Care Centre
• Hope Vale Primary Health Care Centre
• Laura Primary Health Care Centre
• Lockhart River Primary Health Care Centre
• Napranum Primary Health Care Centre

- The documentation for the tender and contract will be based on the Australian Standard General Conditions of Contract AS4122.

- Tender submissions will be evaluated on a 40% price, 60% non-price criteria basis.

- Submissions are to be uploaded electronically into QTender prior to 2pm on the closing date.
