Purchase Order Disclosure – Provide an effective, early and short-term solution focused intervention service for employees. in response to requests for support, coaching and counselling around personal workplace issues. Provide counselling to managers using best practice organisational psychology principles- The aim here. should be identification of practical strategies for behaviour change and promoting a mentally healthy workplace. I Provide Psychological First Aid and education following critical/traumatic incidents. Provide Clinical Supervision or Professional Supervision for debriefing and development to identified groups where required
