An analysis of the costs of urban development; and An assessment of implementation measures to encourage appropriate development. This Contract appoints the Consultant to provide two (2) reports to create an evidence base to inform decision making on land use and infrastructure planning during the development of the first MetroPlan for Greater Hobart. The two reports sought will be on the following topics:
