The City of Holdfast Bay is seeking to appoint an architectural company to lead the review (concept design and detailed design) of its libraries and deliver designs that will provide an update to existing libraries to deliver cost effective, modern and flexible outcomes.It is envisaged that both libraries will be delivered from existing buildings (or the case of Glenelg Library another building in close proximity owned by Council) and therefore the consultancy is based around refurbishment and upgrade of existing structures.
