Supply and application of surface rejuvenation treatment that acts on the existing seal (spray, slurry or asphalitic concrete) using a polymer modified bitumen emulson treatmetn material consisting of a homogeneous combination of emulsifed polymer modified bitumen and added aggregate with the objective of increasing the life of the seal and preventing moisture ingression through to the underlying pavement on roads and other areas within the City of Burnside
