Description
Burswood Park Board (the Board) is a small state government agency of 12 staff across two office locations, Administration and Operations, that are in close proximity to each other. The Administration Office (server room, 4 workstations, one conference room) and the Operations Office (8 workstations, two conference rooms) has staff that work onsite and also work remotely either on an ad-hoc or agreed basis. The Board is seeking quotes for an experienced supplier for managed ICT services, including support services, for its existing ICT environment including the support of software and equipment for servers, desktops, portable or mobile computing facilities and network facilities. The Board does not employ any ICT staff.
