Senior Project Manager services critical to the delivery of the Safety Reporting and Learning System Project. Services include effectively managing the delivery of the project including training, communication and go live activities; lead stakeholder management, managing diverse stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment with project goals and requirements; and expertly manage project risks, proactively identifying potential disruptions and implementing robust mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
