To engage a Contractor with the ability to supply and deliver bituminous surfacing services to Transport and Main Roads Standards MRS11 Oct10 and MRS22 Jun09 and to the satisfaction of RoadTek’s expectations as far as quality, cost and timeliness of delivery.
