Oracle Identity Management and Integration Software Support and Maintenance
The Department of Education (DOE) requires the establishment of a contract for ongoing software support for the Oracle Waveset and Oracle JCAPS products for an initial term of two (2) years with three (3) options to extend the term, each option having a one year (1) duration.
DOE is also seeking to implement a true-up of the support/subscription arrangements to ensure the support and product upgrades can be brought up to date.
