Permanent Remedial Roof

Arts Queensland (AQ) seeks to engage a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to undertake Permanent Remedial Roof Works and associated works at the State Library Queensland, Stanley Place, South Brisbane, in accordance with the specifications.

The customer anticipates awarding the contract early June with works to be completed within approximately 15 weeks or as soon as possible thereafter. Dates to be agreed on contract award.

Mandatory Requirements: Only tenderers who have had representatives attend the Mandatory Industry Briefing will be eligible to submit an offer.

Mandatory Industry Briefing (MIB): AQ will be hosting the Mandatory Industry Briefing and request attendance no later than 9.55am on Wednesday, 06 May 2015 (for a 10:00am start) at the Cultural Precinct Training Room 48, State Library of Queensland, Level 0, Car Park Level, Stanley Place Tunnel, South Brisbane QLD 4101. No late attendees will be admitted.

Important registration information: We request interested suppliers read the tender documents thoroughly prior to registering for the briefing.

We request that any entity wishing to attend, ensure they register their details promptly via the method indicated in Section 2.3.2 of the "Invitation to Tender" tender documents.

Pre-Qualification Contractor (PQC) Accreditation

Pre-Qualification Contract Accreditation is applicable to this project.

Contractors must have PQC Level 2 or greater accreditation. Contractors who are not accredited to the appropriate level will not be considered.
