Provision of a Contract Management Solution

QUU invites interested parties to submit firm price Offers for the provision of a Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS), Contract Management Solution (CMS), including implementation services, training and ongoing support of the solution. It is QUU’s preference that the CMS is provided via a Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery model.

The main objective of this RFO is to implement an automated CMS solution that enables QUU business users to manage the entire contract lifecycle, from prequalification ‘prior to RFO market release’ through to ‘contract creation’ and ‘renewals’.

Please note that Government Information Technology Condition (GITC) and Chamber of Commerce and Industry Queensland (CCIQ) Accreditation with the State of Queensland is a mandatory requirement for this RFO.
