Noosaville Albert Street Boat Ramp Reconstruction and Construction of a new Floating Walkway

The Contract shall include the supply of all plant, equipment, labour and material necessary for the execution of the whole of the Works required for the reconstruction of the boat ramp and the construction of the floating walkway, all in accordance with this Specification, Particular and General Conditions of Contract and the Drawings.

The major items included in the Works are:

1. Design floating walkway,
2. Prepare constructions drawings and design report for floating walkway
3. Supply and fabricate floating walkway modules and associated components
4. Supply and install floating walkway piling including polyethylene sleeves
5. Demolition of Existing Boat Ramp and shoulders
6. Earthworks to construct new boat ramp and prepare a working platform for the floating walkway
7. Take up & remove existing kerb and channel and pavement at the top of the existing ramp
8. Form, reinforce and pour insitu concrete approach slab including keybeam and pontoon abutment
9. Supply and place precast reinforced concrete planks (4000mm wide)
10. Construct stone pitched shoulders
11. Relocate signs and bins
12. Accommodation works to head of ramp to tie into Carpark pavement and kerb
13. Prepare handover documents
