For the provision of Development Services to provide eLearning Training Solutions & Training Support Services

The purpose of this engagement is to source the professional services of a provider (the Contractor) to develop eLearning training solutions and to provide training support services for the Customer.
The Payroll and Workforce Management Services Transformation Project will improve the way payroll and rostering services are delivered, through the DoH and HHS.
Our business has a requirement to deliver training to 9,000 geographically disbursed learners throughout Queensland in standardised rostering and workforce management processes using corporate systems. There is a need to deliver the training in an online format that allows the learner to complete self-paced materials, which are interactive and include interactive activities to reinforce the learning and provide flexibility to refresh or update their knowledge at any time after implementation. The eLearning Training Solutions and Training Support Services will be based on simulating key roster creation and roster maintenance processes with supporting contextual information. Subject matter experts will be provided by the Customer to assist the Contractor with content knowledge.

This solution:
• will enable and facilitate this eLearning Training and Training Support Services at HHS and the DoH ; and
• will enable the DoH to implement the processes and purposes of the eLearning Training Solutions and Training Support Services in a range of work areas/ applications.
The Contractor will deliver to the Customer all applicable licenses necessary for the eLearning Training Solutions and Training Support Services.
The training modules must be compatible with and contained within a learning management system (LMS) of the customer’s choice and/or have the option to host on a solution provided by the Contractor.
Should the Contractor’s hosting solution be the determined containment site for the finalised training modules, the products must be suitable for transfer and compatible with any other hosting solutions should the customer wish to do so in the future.
