Normanby Car Wash Facility - Rail Corridor and Car Wash Building Upgrades

Queensland Rail is seeking proposals for a qualified contractor to undertake the construction upgrade works as part of the Normanby Car Wash Facility (NCWF) for the building services, upgrades and rail corridor Works as detailed in the attached Specification, tender documentation to follow.

TENDERERS PLEASE NOTE: Tender drawings, specificaitons and standards will be issued as an Addendum to this tender prior to the mandatory site inpsection scheduled for Friday 5 May 2017.

The scope within this package contains 3 separable portions of works including but not limited to:

Separable Portion 1 – Building services:
The upgrade of building services, new power supply and some architectural and structural Works in the car wash building

Separable Portion 2 – Building Upgrades:
Remaining architectural and structural works

Separable Portion 3 - Rail corridor:
Fencing, lights and communications infrastructure, access pads, pathways and stormwater modifications

Tenderers are invited to attend a mandatory site inspection at 7:30am on Friday 5 May 2017. Tenderers are required to register for the mandatory site inspection via email to [email hidden] by no later than 2:00pm Thursday 4 May 2017.
