The Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) invites tenders to undertake stage 2 wharf demolition within Precincts 5B and 9, MacArthur Avenue, Northshore Hamilton.

The project requires demolition of an existing wharf including:
• site preparation
• wharf demolitions works
• traffic management
• removal of redundant infrastructure
• disposal of materials to approved facilities
• minor earthworks
• associated works

The Contractor is to provide a construction program for this project, indicating in detail, the manner in which the works are to be constructed, including allowances for the completion of electrical works and landscaping. Works will commence approximately in October 2015.
