You are invited to submit a lump sum tender to undertake landscaping works within Area C Fitzgibbon Chase Estate, Fitzgibbon Chase Priority Development Area (PDA).
The landscape works are split into 5 separable portions with the following anticipated commencement dates
Anticipated start dates detailed below are to be confirmed in writing by EDQ:
• Separable portion 1 anticipated start date - 13/14 January 2014
• Separable portion 2 anticipated start date – 10/11 March 2014
• Separable portion 3 anticipated start date – June 2014
• Separable portion 4 anticipated start date – November 2014
• Separable portion 5 anticipated start date – December 2014
