Description
The Disability Internship Program delivers value to the sector by developing disability confidence in NSW Government agencies, increasing their capability to attract and retain employees with disability. By hosting an intern, managers become familiar in providing workplace adjustments and engaging with employees with disability. The Public Service Commission sponsors 10 placements per year since the pilot year 2020/21.
