A project to be undertaken

This project involves the replacement of existing chillers and associated systems within the Clinical Services Building at Manning Base Hospital, with a primary focus on maintaining uninterrupted hospital operations and ensuring safety throughout delivery. Works include the procurement and installation of new chillers and associated pipework to improve system The scope also covers high-risk work management, particularly crane operations required for lifting and positioning heavy equipment. Comprehensive lift planning, risk assessments, and certified procedures will be implemented in compliance with NSW SafeWork guidelines. Commissioning will ensure at least one chiller remains operational at all times to support critical hospital services. Upon completion, the contractor will provide as-built documentation, operation manuals, and maintenance schedules, along with training for hospital staff. All works will adhere to MW21 Conditions of Contract, relevant Australian Standards, and hospital-specific requirements for safety, infection control, and emergency access.
