Engagement of an Independent Advisory Consultant for EMR Project via CUA under Information and Communication Technology Services (CUAICTS2021). Background WA Health is undertaking a major EMR procurement program. As part of the Evaluation process a robust Value for Money (VFM) assessment based on a 10-year Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) view, incorporating both Respondent costs and WA Health internal costs is required. While WATC will build the Pricing Comparator model to normalise vendor pricing, WA Health requires an independent contractor to assess internal resource impacts and BAU costs across four respondent solutions.
