Provision of Street Sweeping

Quotes will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

Mandatory Criteria:

• Evidence of business in Townsville Local Government Area (eg rates notice, utility invoice)
• Sweeper will have as a minimum:
  • Onboard water tank with 1000L capacity.
  • Hopper carrying capacity 4.0 cubic meters.
  • Dual sweep brushes.
  • Suction system.
• Environmental Management
  • A third party accredited envirnonmental management system (e.g. ISO 14001)
  • An approved environmental policy
• Safety Management
  • An approved Workplace Health and Safety Policy
  • Provision of last three years safety statistics (e.g. incidents, 1^st aid treatments, injuries)
• Schedule F – Ethical Supplier Threshold

Weighted criteria include:

• Schedule A – Price
• Schedule B – Capability, Relevant Experience and Past Performance
• Schedule C – Key Personnel
• Schedule D – Tenderers Resources
• Schedule E – Management Systems and Skills
