Rural Irrigation price review 2020-24 (SunWater and Seqwater) - assessment of prudency and efficiency of renewals expenditure and dam safety upgrade capital expenditure

The Queensland Competition Authority (QCA) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified consultant to provide expert advice on the asset renewals expenditure and dam safety upgrade capital expenditure proposals to be submitted by SunWater and Seqwater (the businesses) as part of our upcoming investigation of the businesses’ irrigation prices for 2020-24.

Your proposal should address all the relevant requirements detailed in the attached Terms of Reference document.

The closing date for receipt of proposals by the QCA is 30 November 2018. Proposals should be lodged at www.qca.org.au/submissions or sent to:
