Jacobs Well Environmental Education Centre Shade Structure

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the design and construction of a new shade structures, at The Jacobs Well Environmental Education Centre, located at 843 Pimpama Jacobs Well Rd, Norwell QLD 4208 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement Program (SIEP).

The new permanent rigid shade structures are to replace existing two shade sails to allow for outside learning areas. The new shade structures are located in the middle of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by 12 July 2019.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence with the ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
