Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for refurbishment works of the Resource building at Centenary State High School. The works include the Design and Construction of the following:
• Remove existing ceiling tiles
• Remove floor finishes
• Demolition of existing walls
• New operable walls
• New internal walls
• New auto sliding door at entry
• New external wall
• Glazing to GLA internals
• Installation of various bookshelf units
• Fixed furniture
• New carpet tile and vinyl
• New kitchen
• Reinstate existing projection systems to GLA’s
• Existing air-conditioning plant to be re-used
• Electrical, communications, fire services and security design as per DoE Design Standards.
