Online Grants Management Solution

The Department of Education is seeking innovative proposals for the supply, implementation and support of a commercial-off-the-shelf, cloud-based, Online Grants Management Solution and Business Rules Engine. The Contract will deliver the following scope of requirement:

• Implementation of a contemporary, scalable and adaptable Solution that can support the unique, current and future Early Childhood (EC) grant programs and that has the capability to deliver and manage other grant programs within the Department of Education;
• Implementation of a Solution that aligns with Queensland Government Customer and Digital Group (QGCDG) and departmental Enterprise Architecture Standards and Policies;
• Delivery of new and/or updated business processes aligned with the EC ‘best practice’ grant management framework;
• Migration from the current Queensland Revenue Office (QRO) QGrants solution to the new Solution, enabling QRO to cease the provision of QGrants support and maintenance to the Customer; and
• Management of EC’s grants throughout their lifecycle.
