With over 100 decentralised editors and no consistent governance framework, the site has accumulated outdated content, duplication, broken links and accessibility risks, particularly in PDFs and forms. Engaging NOW Digital will provide a structured content review and active remediation program, including rewriting, archiving and removal of low-value or non-compliant content. The engagement will also establish clearer governance and editorial standards to improve consistency and reduce approval bottlenecks.
