Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake stage 2 partial roof replacement works at North Metropolitan TAFE Perth Campus B6.
The Work includes but is not limited to the refurbishment of existing dome skylight, replacement roof sheeting, and upgrading flashings and cappings. Scope of work also extends to replacing external seals to glazed south light windows. Contractors will need to undertake the works during the end of 2026 year NMT break period.
