Tullawong SS - Demountable Removal and Refurbishments (with design responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Refurbishment Demountable Removal at Tullawong SS, located at 60-94 Smiths Road, Caboolture QLD 4510, as part of the Targeted (TARGETED) program.

The works comprising of the removal of three (3no.) demountables, minor GLA refurbishment, new outdoor learning area comprising artificial turf and seating areas, and refurbishing an existing amenities, comprising of new floors, new entrance, gates, painting, walkway and covered structure, and minor new fittings. The position of the buildings are across the school campus with good access to the demountables and limited site access and working space to the amenities. All works are to be completed by March 2024.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
