WA Bike Month (WABM) and the Annual Activation Program (AAP) represent a unique suite of events, initiatives, communications and marketing campaigns within the Department of Transport’s active transport programs. DoT requires the services of a Contractor to design, deliver and collect data to evaluate a suite of initiatives and events for the WABM and AAP programs each year from 2025-2029.
