Description
Communities is seeking to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of enhancements made to the Inner City / Northbridge Youth At Risk Service (YARS) model through Home Safe to provide evidence that will inform the commissioning and improvements of future service delivery models. A consultant is required to undertake an independent evaluation of the services delivered from January 2024 to June 2025. The evaluation will commence in January 2025, with consultation commencing from April 2025 and is estimated to be completed by 31 August 2025.
