The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for CQURFQ-19-26-DFM Swanson Precinct Building 47 Refurbishment. It includes the fit out to refurbish Building 47 as follows:
As per the Designtek documentation outlined in Appendix E refurbish Building 47 to accommodate students during their stay at Central Queensland University Residential College.
