WACHS Pilbara requires the supply of electricity services to Hedland Health Campus (HHC) and Karratha Health Campus (KHC). WACHS Pilbara is unable to source electricity from the Common Use Arrangement (CUA) – Electricity Services Retail CUAELC2012, as only sites connected to the South-West Interconnected System (SWIS) are included in the scope of the CUA.
