ICT Project Management Services

To support the efficient execution of a growing program of work, the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for provision of ICT Project Management Services. This contract will supplement internal capability, ensuring DPIRD can scale resources rapidly to deliver complex, time-critical, and high-value ICT projects aligned with strategic business needs. This contract aims to: enhance delivery capacity and improve service outcomes across multiple portfoliosmaintain business continuity by mitigating knowledge loss risks, andensure project delivery is in line with approved governance, budget, and ICT planning processes. DPIRD seeks to establish a flexible and cost-effective arrangement that enables the efficient mobilisation of project management expertise when and where it is needed.
