DBCA (the "Contract Authority" requires a Panel of Contractors for the provision of Vessel Charter (the “Services”) for their offshore island research around the Shark Bay Region in Western Australia. The charter vessels are required to have live aboard facilities and tender vessel to facilitate island based research.
