Floreat Park Primary School - Plaster Glass Ceilings

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the provision of plasterglass ceilings at Floreat Park Primary School. The Work includes but is not limited to the removal and replacement of plasterglass ceilings including framework/metal grid, insulation, cornices or timber trim, fittings and fixtures. Works to be completed in September/October Term Break. Q block is a separate off-site premises. Bidders shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by bidders prior to submission of their Quote. All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
