Replacement of Gas Heater Units at Clarkson & West Beechboro PS

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake works related to the replacement of gas heater units and to supply and install new Air Conditioner (AC) Units at Clarkson Primary School located at 8 Aldersea Circle, Clarkson, WA 6030 and at West Beechboro Primary School located at Avignon Way, Beechboro WA 6063.

The Work includes but is not limited to

• Preliminaries and a Dilapidation Survey
• Supply and Install (S&I) of new Air Conditioner (AC) units

• S&I of new galvanised cages, mechanical fresh air provision
• Patching, painting and making good
• Builders works
• Testing and commissioning
• Final Site handover
• Asset Management Data
• Decommissioning, removal and disposal of gas heater units, existing evaporative units and wet area air AC ducts.
• Apply RCD production to switchboards where required and as applicable

Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Quote.

All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
